Renowned fashion designer Christian Louboutin is once again turning to Portugal for his new tourism endeavors. After debuting the Vermelho Hotel in March, the French-born millionaire is set
to construct another boutique hotel in Melides, located in the municipality of Grândola.
Reported by Jornal de Negócios, this new establishment will be situated just 500 meters from the beach and in close proximity to the lagoon, featuring a total of eight rooms. Approval for construction has been granted by the Municipality of Grândola, and it is anticipated to be finalized in the summer of 2024.
The structure, which Christian Louboutin has acquired, remained incomplete for approximately four decades. While the specific purchase price has not been disclosed, it is estimated that it likely exceeded two million euros based on prevailing market rates, as per the same publication.
