In 2023, the Mobility and Transport Institute (IMT) hit a record high in online applications for driving licenses. With a total of 345,877 requests, this marked an increase of 35,466 applications

compared to the previous year.

Since its introduction in 2017, IMT Online has been bustling with requests, especially for revalidation, replacements, or duplicates of driving licenses. Over the years, it has processed a whopping 1,376,762 requests for driving licenses. Additionally, the platform has handled 23,327 requests for parking cards for individuals facing mobility restrictions, 76,794 requests for duplicate certificate registration numbers, and 37,662 requests for changing vehicle colors, among various other services.
